Pay Range: $83,954.26 to $125,931.26

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip is looking for an experienced IT leader to manage our Endpoint Management Team, driving strategy and innovation for device lifecycle management, security, and automation. In this role, you’ll ensure thousands of employees have a seamless technology experience while leading a team dedicated to delivering secure, efficient endpoint solutions across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop: Mentor and grow a high-performing team focused on endpoint management and end user services.
• Strategize & Optimize: Drive initiatives for automation and self-service capabilities to improve coworker technology experience.
• Manage Lifecycle: Oversee deployment and maintenance of operating systems, applications, updates, and configurations across all corporate endpoints.
• Implement Tools: Maintain and enhance advanced endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.).
• Set Standards: Develop and enforce policies for endpoint security and compliance.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that streamline processes.
• Knowledge Sharing: Oversee creation of knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials to empower users.
• Budget & Metrics: Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster skill development and career growth for team members.
• You’ll need to have:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years leading enterprise endpoint management teams
• Expertise in:
  • Operating systems: Windows, macOS, ChromeOS
  • Endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.
  • M365 administration
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
• Strong knowledge of hardware (Windows, Apple, Android devices)
• Familiarity with enterprise security practices
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities

Bonus Points For:

• ITIL Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
