Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of HR Data Transactions & Analytics to lead our HR Data Transactions & Analytics team. As leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of employee data transactions through our HR systems, including PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, and other HR-related platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational requirements, while driving process improvements and providing data-driven insights to support HR business decisions.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and coaching to HR Data Analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality data management and analysis.
  2. Data Management: Oversee the processing and maintenance of employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leave absence dates, job and employee data changes, and other HR-related updates. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and resolve data discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
  3. Data Quality and Compliance: Develop and implement data quality standards and guidelines, ensuring that all employee data is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational requirements and regulatory laws.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance data management, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support HR business decisions. This includes:
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Providing recommendations to HR stakeholders based on data insights
  1. Collaboration and Escalation: Work collaboratively with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve complex data issues and escalate or transfer issues as needed.
  2. Knowledge Management and Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in HR policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure that knowledge base articles and self-serve information for HR teams are accurate, current, and compliant with organizational requirements.

Work Environment:

  • This is a production environment, and as such, you will be held accountable to daily KPI metrics.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Business Partner/Generalist
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Workday, ADP, and other HR-related platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or other HR systems
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, or other data visualization software
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations
  • Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
