The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Operative to join our team at our Liverpool Asphalt operation. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, extremely varied and challenging, however also very rewarding for someone who genuinely cares about customers and enjoys working with other like-minded, hard working people.

Key tasks range from operating the plant control system, operating mobile plant and undertaking light maintenance tasks including housekeeping duties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and is looking for employment with a company who, in return for their commitment and hard-work, genuinely cares about their safety, health, wellbeing , job satisfaction and career development. The role includes Night shift and weekend working.

The shifts are 5.30Am to 3.30PM Mon to Fri, Weekends and Nights as well (Rota for nights) 2 weeks of nights in 6 weeks

What will you bring?

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Flexibility with work hours and willing to work weekend.
• The desire for training and willingness to learn.
• Loading Shovel experience is a plus.
• You will need to develop a sound appreciation of Health & Safety, housekeeping and environmental regulations
