The Team:

Supply Chain Analytics are strategic partners that influence and support decisions for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. This is accomplished through the adoption of advanced analytical tools to create user friendly reports, dashboards, and tools. Outstanding analysis is provided through diagnostic, predictive, and predictive analytics. Embracing Speed and Efficiency is accomplished through automation and streamlining metrics and analyses.

Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Analytics Development Associate Manager leads the development, design, and generation of complex reports, dashboards, tools, and deep dive analyses; highlights key findings, data‐driven insights, and draws conclusions to the “so whats?” to inform and influence the Supply Chain community; and contributes to the development of standards and best practices. May manage others.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  1. Lead and support a team of developers in creating dashboards, reports, and analytical tools following best practices.
  2. Analyze, interpret, and present data-driven insights to solve business problems and optimize processes by utilizing SQL queries.
  3. Collaborate with Data Science teams to build predictive models that enhance forecasting capabilities.
  4. Ensure data quality, integrity, and standardization across reporting and analytics.
  5. Manage relationships with regional leaders to align analytics outputs with global and local needs.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analysis and visualization, plus 2 years in people management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, ThoughtSpot)
    • Experience with Python and/or R Studio
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in supply chain planning and analysis preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities
    • Proven stakeholder management experience
    • Ability to leverage data for process improvement and decision-making
    • Commitment to maintaining high data quality standards
