Job Overview:
MVD is recruiting for an agile Office Manager (Administrative Assistant 3) who enjoys communicating with staff, vendors, and the public in-person, electronically and by phone; scheduling and organizing events; overseeing supply inventories and orders; coordinating physical plant maintenance and improvements; and working with current office equipment and software applications.
The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in courteous customer response, a service disposition, efficient organizational and information management skills, adaptability to changing logistics and composure.
The typical office environment includes moderate noise and activity. Occasional state vehicle driving may be required and lifting up to 20lbs.
