Job Overview: The Title IV A Program Coordinator oversees and facilitates the use of program funding in eligible school districts across Montana. Through communication and collaboration with the OPI Federal Programs Team, district educational leaders, and programmatic partners and stakeholders, this position oversees district implementation in the areas of well-rounded education, safe and healthy schools, and technological innovations. They also oversee monitoring and data collection and reporting efforts both at the local and federal levels.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, mental health, substance prevention or treatment, business, public administration or related degree.
  • Three years of combined experience in education, grants management, budgeting practices, and program implementation.
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
