Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector – Be the Final Check That Ensures Excellence!

Job Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting all finished goods to ensure accurate builds and correct parts per customer specifications. This role also processes non-conforming and unidentified materials in compliance with established procedures and plays a key role in validating return kits, including rework and part ordering. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Compensation: $16.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect kit parts to confirm specifications against RECON documentation
• Validate correct Bill of Materials (BOM) and builds in comparison to SAP records
• Ensure deviations are executed according to documented approvals
• Process all Non-Conforming Material (NCM) per quality procedures
• Process all Needs ID material following designated protocols
• Inspect and rework returned kits, including confirming counts, ordering replacement parts, and completing required rework

Requirements

• Pass a background and drug screen
• 1+ years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings and technical documentation
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Effective written communication, especially via email
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
