Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating Saturdays)
Position Summary:
We are seeking Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves receiving, storing, and moving raw materials, equipment, and finished goods. You will also maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle and RF scanners, and support shipping and compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming materials, equipment, and products against packing lists
- Enter purchase order and shipping data into Oracle systems
- Record amounts of materials received or distributed
- Move pallets and materials from receiving to storage or trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met
- Open and inspect bales, crates, and containers
- Use computers and/or RF scanners to track and update inventory records
- Compile work tickets and documentation based on customer specifications
- Perform trailer inspections and report any issues
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience as a STAND-UP and SIT DOWN Forklift Operator
- Ability to operate Stand Up and Sit Down forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating Saturdays
