Key Responsibilities:

Manage garage door installation and service projects from start to finish.

Oversee and schedule production teams, ensuring timely and high-quality job completion.

Conduct site visits and project inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales proposals for residential and commercial projects.

Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring field and production staff.

Monitor project budgets, materials, and inventory.

Promote company products and services to increase revenue and market presence.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Garage Door experience required

Not afraid of heights; comfortable working on ladders and lifts.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands

The role of a Garage Door Installer requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions.
