Process Redesign Manager - Fixed Term Contract (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide)

As the Process Redesign Manager you will work within the Process Centre of Excellence on an 18 to 24 month project to redesign and improve our processes, You will partner with business process owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence team in delivering outcomes, utilising Process Redesign methods and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Human Centered Design principles and leveraging Process Intelligence software.

A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (eg Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt) is highly desirable. Proven experience leading multiple complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees is essential.

Your day to day will consist of...

  • Project Delivery: Leading (complex) projects to diagnose, evaluate and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experience
  • Stakeholder management: Leading cross functional teams, sponsors and partners across different areas of the business in the uplift of process capability and maturity
  • Process Redesign: Performing data analysis of existing business process performance, pin-pointing root causes of poor performance and designing solutions to improve
  • Strategic Program CX Support: Provide advice on product and process design initiatives ensuring Customer is at the forefront of discussion
