We are looking

for Freelance UX/UI Designer to help craft and optimize a high-converting digital funnel. This short-term role is perfect for a designer who thrives at the intersection of aesthetics, usability, and conversion-focused design.

• Design and refine user journeys for digital funnels across web and mobile platforms
• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that engage users and drive results
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visual and functional alignment with business goals
• Use behavioral data and user insights to iterate on design decisions
• Contribute to a cohesive visual identity and scalable design system for future use

We expect you to

• 3+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile work
• Proficiency in Figma (required); experience with Webflow or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility principles
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
