THE JOB:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the warm welcome that sets the tone for unforgettable experiences at our resort. With a focus on understanding each guest's unique needs, you'll create enjoyable experiences that leave lasting memories. THE STARTING RATE: $15.75 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and efficiently, maintaining composure during high volume interactions.
- Provide dispatch services for guest requests, including luggage assistance, room service orders, wake-up calls, check-outs, and special requests.
- Perform data entry for requested services related to housekeeping, front desk, bell, limo, and facilities.
- Inform guests about property functions and facilities, maintaining accurate records for all requests.
- Dispatch bell and limo runs following front service department policies.
- Maintain complete knowledge of room service menu items and recommend additional food options.
- Operate the beeper system and TDD machine as needed.
- Relay important observations and suggestions to management based on customer interactions to improve processes and service offerings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ Years of prior experience in a high-volume call center or relevant customer service experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred
- Able and willing to work 3:00pm-11:45pm on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays including holidays with option to pick up additional shifts
