Ericsson invites driven and innovative junior engineers, eager to make an impact, to apply for the role of Implementation RAN Engineer. This exciting role empowers you to lead the way in delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving meaningful changes in the telecommunications industry.

You will take charge of implementation services, including defining and managing project scope, optimizing resources, and ensuring insightful reporting. Your contributions will support our Commercial engagements, amplify team success, and uphold our commitment to global standards in technology, ethics, and sustainability. What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end configuration, integration, and optimization with an innovative approach.
• Develop and implement scripting solutions with a focus on software-driven advancements.
• Inspire and guide teams through challenges, demonstrating leadership accountability (no direct reports).
• Empower field teams through readiness preparation and hands-on support.
• Define project scope and allocate resources to ensure precision and flawless execution.
• Design and manage customer and supplier acceptance procedures to maintain high standards and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report progress, identifying and addressing deviations with proactive solutions.
• Elevate the quality of implementation services by ensuring compliance with Ericsson and customer guidelines.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams.
• Good knowledge of RAN technologies and principles.
• Proven experience in Integration and/or Implementation.
• Familiarity with automation and innovative tech-driven processes.
• Solid grasp of Service Delivery Business understanding.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and lead with influence.
• Expertise in stakeholder management to balance priorities effectively.
• Adaptability to rotate shift schedules every 2–3 months for dynamic operations.
