The Role

This role reports into the Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement for the B2B hirer segment across APAC. This role is responsible for solving key hirer pain points by designing multi-channel journey experiences (email and other social channels like whatsapp, Viber) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms like Bird.com.
This is a regional role which works closely with local country teams to support local market campaigns as well with cross-functional teams in regional business operations, Product and Commercial.
The Team
The APAC Customer Engagement team has 14 members across three functions: Customer Engagement, Platform Operations and Planning. This team is part of the broader APAC Marketing function which has ~160 people across 8 markets. In this role you’ll contribute to wider marketing and cross-functional working groups. This role has no direct reports.
