What You’ll Be Doing

As a Program Manager, you will be working very closely with the leadership team of Electric Heating and be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects. This involves developing comprehensive project plans, proactively managing resources, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, you will:

• Develop detailed project proposals and plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, including work plans and staffing for project activities.
• Proactively manage project resources and risks, engaging with sponsors and functional leaders to secure necessary support.
• Drive project activities from concept to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient lifecycle.
• Implement a comprehensive project communication plan, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
• Review and approve work plans from external service providers, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of project information and that project goals are achieved, all while motivating the team to work together effectively.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Program Manager to drive success in a dynamic environment. You are a natural leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships and inspire teams. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and you're passionate about driving results. Experience in electrical heating is a plus.

Ideally, you also have:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (engineering, business, or related) and PMP certification (required), Agile/Scrum a plus. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience & Skills: 5+ years of project/program management experience (including managing cross-functional teams), strong organizational & analytical skills, financial acumen, and business case experience.
• Attributes: Commitment to excellence, emotional intelligence, servant leadership, product & customer centricity, resilience, adaptability, and fluent English.
