We are looking for an IP Renewals Analyst to join our Trademark Renewal / Maintenance team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on tasks related to the end-to-end trademark renewal process. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.) or equivalent working experience
- Minimum B2 level of English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Working experience in Customer Support
- Working experience in administrative tasks
- Experience in maintaining deadlines and working in a team environment
What will you be doing in this role?
- Dealing with foreign/domestic patent/trademark portfolio, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs; Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databases
- Creating reports of IP matters for internal and external stakeholders
- Obtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow in order to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the process
- Achieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases in order to be a reference point for other teams; Supporting patent/trademark related projects
- Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
- Proactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks

We as a team provide Trademark Renewal / Maintenance services by communicating with clients and agents, resolving possible issues, while making sure that the renewals are done timely and accordingly.
