Position Overview
The Financial Reporting Senior Manager of External Reporting will have hands-on involvement in the preparation and review of Ralph Lauren Corporation’s (“RL”) SEC filings on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, as well as involvement with other SEC filings (e.g., Proxy Statement, debt offerings, etc). This individual will also play a critical role in monitoring relevant regulatory guidance, interpreting and adopting new accounting standards, and accounting for complex and non-routine transactions, as well as closely collaborating with RL’s Executive Leadership and a variety of cross-functional teams.
