1st shift Customer Service/Intake Specialist #7361
Location: Waukesha, WI
Shift: Mon – Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) *Hours subject to change depending on demand*
Pay Rate: $20.00p/hr to start
Description: Will be answering phones, directing calls to the correct department & assisting with the sales of company services/product. Some calls will be potential clients, so they would want someone to intake their information into the system for later follow-ups. Converting that prospect into placing an order with them through providing information to potential customer about the products & services company provides, including estimates and quotes. Following up with prospects who inquired about company services to attempt making connection & getting job order. Occasionally would need to go into the warehouse to help coordinate with the team, update information and inquire about due dates/ order updates.
Qualifications: Must have experience working in Customer Service within an industrial environment . Would prefer someone experienced working in metal-related fields. Typing & computer knowledge a must. Must be able to communicate in both written & spoken English. Able to be customer facing, presenting professionally as a positive representation of company.
