[OEE-ES] ATC Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Making sure that the office is in good shape and runs smoothly
  • Greeting visitors, staff, providers and managing phone calls
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, recycling, catering, repairs, and other services
  • Monitoring office supplies inventory and purchase
  • Dealing with correspondence: managing outgoing shipments, receiving and distributing deliveries
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Organizing events, trainings and meetings
  • Performing general administrative support tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comply with Omron local and international Compliance procedures and rules.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar position.
  • High-School Diploma, degree or equivalent education.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
  • Good Communication skills. Strong administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Familiar with business software such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
