What You Can Expect
- Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales and profit growth while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategies.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage customer relationships to achieve favorable outcomes and optimize business results.
- Sales & Distribution: Drive sales and distribution strategies, leveraging market analysis and demand forecasting to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of proven experience in On-Trade sales within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a deep understanding of customer dynamics and Route-to-Market (RTM) channels.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market data and insights into actionable strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong business acumen, including P&L management experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in English and Spanish
