IT Business Analyst – SAP PRA

Location: Dallas, TX or Oklahoma City, OK - onsite 5x a week

Compensation: $125K–$155K base + bonus + stock

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Addison Group is partnering with a leading energy company to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst – SAP Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) professional. This role is a key liaison between IT and the business, driving efficiency and stability across revenue and division order processes. You’ll work hands-on within SAP-PRA to provide daily support, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Support SAP PRA operations, configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot valuation, ownership, and contractual allocation issues.
• Partner with Accounting and Division Order teams to streamline business processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration, and testing deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal IT and vendors to ensure reliable system performance.
• Identify and implement system enhancements that drive business value.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years of oil & gas experience).
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP PRA experience.
• Strong understanding of ownership, valuation, check write, and contractual allocation processes.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
