Job Summary:

Hypernode (part of team.blue), a leading ecommerce hosting provider specializing in Magento,Shopware, and more, is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Specialist.

This role requires a technically skilled and content-driven individual to bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and customer communications.

The Senior Product Marketer will be responsible for developing in-depth technical content, including website content, blog articles, whitepapers, product information, and thought leadership materials. Additionally, they will craft customer-facing communications such as product updates, security advisories, and lifecycle email campaigns.

Success in this role hinges on the ability to understand complex hosting technologies and

translate them into clear, compelling content. This is crucial for building trust, driving adoption, and fostering growth. The role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Hypernode is a specialized managed hosting provider with full focus on ecommerce. On our hosting platform we host web shops built in Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, Sylius, and Akeneo — and this number is constantly expanding. We work closely with web builders and developers to provide top-notch hosting solutions for the shops they manage. Within the Benelux we are market leader, with ambitious growth plans across Europe. Responsibilities:

• You will be solely responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content

strategy for our products, features, channels, and target audiences. This entails crafting

a strategic plan, outlining actionable steps, and working closely with various

stakeholders and teams to guarantee successful implementation and foster business

growth.

• Create content including landing pages, whitepapers, blog articles, newsletters, partner programs, and event materials to support the team.
• Analyze content performance data to continually refine our content strategy, ultimately

enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Promote and expand our Partner Program by collaborating with partners. Stimulate

partners by increasing customer acquisition for Hypernode.

• Strategize, develop, and implement enhanced customer communication protocols for

security notifications, product updates, and support announcements.

• Collaborate with our development team to translate intricate technical features into

compelling, value-driven messages tailored for ecommerce developers, agencies, and

merchants, ensuring strategic content delivery.

• Constantly improve content by analyzing marketing and sales data, measuring campaign effectiveness, and adjusting strategies as needed. This role requires the ability to pivot and take ownership of data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical marketing, product marketing, or technical writing

role within SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce.

• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly content.
• Experience creating technical collateral (whitepapers, technical blogs, product/security

updates).

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, etc.) and

hosting technologies.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security,

Support).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content effectiveness and improve impact.
