POSITION SUMMAY

The F&B Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving the visibility and success of the hotel's food and beverage offerings. This position supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and promotional events that enhance guest engagement and revenue. Collaborating closely with the F&B and operational teams, the coordinator ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, leverages partnerships, and monitors performance to optimize marketing efforts.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

F&B Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and execution of the annual F&B marketing strategy.
  • Identify target audiences and design tailored campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in managing the F&B marketing budget and tracking expenditures.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee the hotel’s F&B social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Create and schedule multimedia content including photos, videos, and written posts.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and guest interaction.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages.
  • Maintain and update F&B content on the hotel’s website.
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Marketing Collateral

  • Design and update promotional materials such as menus, flyers, brochures, and digital signage.
  • Organize and oversee photography and videography sessions for F&B promotions.
  • Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for marketing assets and online platforms.

Event Coordination & Promotion

  • Assist in planning and promoting F&B events (e.g., themed brunches, wine dinners, seasonal activations).
  • Develop marketing plans to support event attendance and visibility.
  • Coordinate event logistics including décor, entertainment, and setup.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media partners.
  • Manage collaborative initiatives to enhance F&B brand exposure and guest reach.

Internal Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with F&B operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing execution.
  • Communicate marketing plans, updates, and initiatives to relevant hotel departments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media.
  • Previous exposure to the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
