Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks across different projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

This is a 3 month contract paying up to $21/hr. (opportunity for extensions)

Duties

• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
• Empty all trash containers, Collect all sort of recycling, Set-up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed, Clean cafeteria, lunch rooms and conference rooms, Clean outside areas of building as needed, Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Has knowledge of commonlyed concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
