Seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Project Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation and deployment of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role is critical to the finance transformation journey as they migrate from their current Oracle HFM environment to a modern, cloud-based consolidation and close platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in financial close processes, cloud EPM systems, consolidation requirements for Large groups with international presence and strong project management capabilities to drive delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including planning, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization

phases.

  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with the finance and IT teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance teams to identify functional and process gaps in the existing Oracle HFM system and drive SI for resolution through the design and implementation of the upgraded OManage and lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including planning, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with the finance and IT teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance teams to identify functional and process gaps in the existing Oracle HFM system and drive SI for resolution through

the design and implementation of the upgraded Oracle FCCS module.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for FCCS configuration.
  • Oversee system design and configuration, including metadata setup, data integrations, data migration, consolidation rules, and reporting

structures.

  • Ensure seamless integration with upstream systems (ERP, data warehouse) and downstream reporting tools.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Secure sign offs on deliverables from SI and users and take responsibility for full scope documentation
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners and Oracle consultants.
  • Periodically update the project steering committee and highlight potential delays, challenges and resolutions.s (ERP, data warehouse) and

downstream reporting tools.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Secure sign offs on deliverables from SI and users and take responsibility for full scope documentation
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners and Oracle consultants.
  • Periodically update the project steering committee and highlight potential delays, challenges and resolution

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).

6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle FCCS implementations.

Deep understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, intercompany eliminations, consolidated cash flows and reporting under GAAP or IFRS.

Strong knowledge of Oracle FCCS architecture, functionalities, and configuration.

Project Management experience with a track record of delivering cloud-based finance transformation projects (PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred).

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

Experience with related tools such as Data Management (FDMEE), Smart View, and Oracle EPM Cloud components (ARCS, TRCS, etc.) is a plus.
