Summary
Provides support and guidance to St. Clair Medical Group (SCMG) Leadership as a member of the Human Resources Team. Utilize knowledge, experience, tools and data in support of administering all HR related duties in the following functional areas: recruiting/on boarding, retaining and engaging employees, benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Five years of progressive leadership/management experience in the field of HR including prior oversight and administrative responsibility for benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement and employment law.
- Strong analytical skills which will drive business and financial decision making.
- Attention to detail in support of project management initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and employee engagement skills.
- Work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc).
- Seven years of management experience administering all programs related to the field of Human Resources.
- Prior professional experience and affiliation to a Human Resources Department in a healthcare setting.
