You will work in an agile environment with some of the best Microsoft consultants. Together with your colleagues, you will be working on highly complex projects for some of the most well-known companies, and you will be responsible for developing highly complex solutions, all while developing your own career. - Define and deliver modern infrastructure architectures for public and hybrid cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and the broader Microsoft technology stack.
- Plan and design relationships across software, hardware, networks, people, and operations to enable cloud-oriented operating models.
- Lead discovery, assessment, planning, and execution phases, including architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and solution delivery.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Azure solutions in collaboration with development teams.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Azure resources to ensure performance, reliability, and high availability.
- Apply and enforce security best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance with industry standards.
- Engage directly with clients, advising on strategy, governance, and evolving business requirements.
- Provide hands-on development support while mentoring and guiding junior engineers and team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Strong expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, Terraform, and Bicep (nice to have).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Azure DevOps and YAML Pipelines.
- Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in the cloud.
- Experience with cloud transformation and migration solutions, infrastructure solutions, networking, data center operations, platform migration.
- Consulting focused on infrastructure modernization and migration to Azure (IaaS/PaaS).
- Infrastructure migration or data center migration.
- Cloud automation and security.
- Application modernization and containers.
- Operation management, systems security, testing, databases, and mobility considerations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Experience working with global and offshore teams on projects.
- Advanced skills and experience in application lifecycle management, agile development methods, and software planning.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent technical documentation skills utilizing Word, Excel, Visio, and PPT.
- Willingness to support weekend migration cutovers (up to 1 weekend per month).
- Familiarity with M&A integration processes in insurance or financial services (nice to have).

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively.
- Monitor, mentor, and lead teams to overcome roadblocks and challenges and implement coordination.
