We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Lead IR Technologist. They will serve as the clinical and operational lead within the Neuro Interventional Radiology team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care during neurovascular procedures, while also providing mentorship and education to new team members. The Lead Technologist will oversee daily room readiness, equipment maintenance, scheduling of staff, and adherence to protocols that support comprehensive stroke and neurovascular care.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Post High School Special Training
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    • State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist license
    • ARRT
    • ACLS
    • BLS
  • Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
    • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • Minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the past 12 months) in Neuro Interventional Radiology.
    • Strong knowledge of neurovascular anatomy, pathology, and interventional techniques.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring or training clinical staff preferred.
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts with additional on-call responsibilities.
