Beebe Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support our Clinical Decision Unit and Orthopedics Department. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills who is ready to advance in their career.
In this role, the Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager to plan, organize, and implement high-quality patient care services. OR RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program + Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Active pursuit of a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) if not already possessing a BSN.
