Job Description (Posting).

Perform data collection from Sales force Optimize and automate data collection methods Design data systems and databases Maintain, monitor and address data systems and databases Organize data into accessible formats Analyze and interpret relevant data, trends, and patterns Prepare reports for leadership Try to resolve the sales force requests using AS Built data from the different plants of Customer. Catalogue the service BOMs using the engineering and manufacturing data Need to work on creating the relevant service drawings using Creo. Need good knowledge in using the windchill PLM and PDM functions. The person should be proactive and have good communication skills to interact with different cross functional teams and resolve the customer issues (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. To conduct thorough analysis of user needs and system specifications.

2. To develop detailed design specifications and documentation including system components and user interfaces.

3. To create prototypes to illustrate the functionality of the software ,gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user /stakeholder input.

4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, to create cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
