Scope: The primary function of this position is to support Quality Assurance activities related to product and process quality and continuous improvement across Victaulic manufacturing sites. In this capacity, the incumbent is responsible for identifying best practices and facilitating continuous improvement in operations where we are producing common components and assemblies to achieve consistent, best in class quality results. The work scope includes on-site auditing, leading improvement workshops, assisting with conducting capability studies, generating control plans and assessing results, and ensuring Victaulic production facilities continue to meet quality standards and expectations.
