Overview

Our District Manager for the North Central region is responsible for leading multiple Fleet Feet locations across Michigan, Indiana, Louisville, and Pittsburgh. This role drives sales growth, operational excellence, and profitability across a designated district. Through dynamic leadership, coaching, and strategic development, the District Manager empowers store leaders to deliver strong financial results, cultivate high-performing teams, and drive market growth. This role champions the development of a positive, inclusive, and community-focused culture within each store, reinforcing Fleet Feet’s commitment to inspiring and supporting the running and fitness lifestyle.
