About the role-

The primary focus of this role is to provide a wide range of administrative services for Directors. For this role, the assistant needs outstanding situational awareness and technical skills, able to work independently, proactive, adaptable, self-motivated, a standout colleague, and client-focused. Works effectively in a complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor. Continually requires a high degree of autonomy. The role necessitates working effectively in a matrix organization and collaborating globally across countries. The executive assistant will be handling high level confidential information, so will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit discretion and professionalism in all activities.

Role Responsibilities-

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Organizing every aspect of the Directors’ business life including but not limited to maintaining a multi-layered calendar with personal appointments, work appointments, birthdays/anniversaries, project deadlines, etc.
• Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements (flights, taxis, hotels, other), both domestically and international
• E-mails and correspondence - responding independently when possible.
• Setting up, managing and monitoring multi-party video conference calls on Zoom and Ms Teams, meetings, etc. .
• Managing Expense reporting on behalf of the Directors on SAP Concur.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years executive assistant experience in a global, fast paced corporate environment; previous senior level executive level
• High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; manage tight deadlines.
