???? What you’ll do

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and client-focused Key Account Manager ready to take charge.

Build strong client relationships: Be the go-to person for new and existing clients, guiding them through their accessibility journey.

Think consultative & strategic: Understand client needs, challenges, and goals, then turn them into tailor-made solutions.

Develop & grow portfolios: Manage and expand your client accounts while building lasting, trust-based partnerships.

Own the sales cycle: From prospecting to closing, you’ll master every stage and hit commercial targets with confidence.

Collaborate across teams: Partner with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver solutions that are spot-on and accessible.

Track performance & optimize: Monitor results, evaluate impact, and fine-tune strategies to maximize client success.

???? What we’re looking for (spoiler: drive and curiosity!)

Sales experience: Around 3 years in B2B or tech sales.

Commercial skills: You’ve already started developing client portfolios and managing relationships proactively.

Communication pro: You build trust and connect easily with different stakeholders.

Passion for accessibility: A real interest or first-hand experience in digital inclusion is a big plus.

Team player: You thrive in collaboration and love working with cross-functional teams.

Languages: German native and English at C1 level minimum (other languages = extra points).
