Job Description:

• You will develop backend services for Synthetic Monitoring with focus on performance, efficiency and scalability
• You'll work with the most popular Cloud Providers
• You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation
• You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers
• You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.

What will help you succeed

• Strong expertise in Java (5+ years) and deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Extensive experience working with relational databases, with a preference for expertise in MSSQL.
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems, including scripting and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and general DevOps practices.
• A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in collaborative environments.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems and delivering impactful solutions.

Compensation and rewards

We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

Base salary range — starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
