CNC Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Are you an experienced CNC Operator / CNC Machinist / Machine Operator looking for your next opportunity?
Our client in Wheeling, IL is hiring CNC Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to join their expanding manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal and plastic parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Load raw materials and handle finished products.
- Perform light preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
Shift Options & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Pay: $20+/hour, based on experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ months CNC machine operation experience.
- Knowledge of CNC set-up (preferred, not required).
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
