This Position reports to:

IS Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IS Service Delivery Manager to lead Salesforce (SFDC) platform services across ABB’s Robotic Automation Region Organization. This global role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation, optimize service delivery, and influence business value in a complex, multi-country environment.

You will collaborate with global process owners, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with ABB’s strategic goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery strategy for key SFDC applications, ensuring alignment with business demand and integrated systems
  • Managing and optimizing service delivery performance, including oversight of third-party suppliers and SLA and KPI reporting
  • Owning the service budget, including cost control, forecasting, and license management
  • Driving stakeholder engagement across countries and functions, fostering collaboration and transparency
  • Coordinating onboarding, training, and handover processes for external service representatives and team members

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SFDC services globally, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and championing innovation through service-related tools and frameworks. You will oversee vendor selection, purchase order issuance, and financial accountability for multi-million dollar budgets. With direct leadership of up to ten team members across multiple countries, you will guide and develop talent while driving performance and strategic outcomes.

The position is global. The preferred locations are Polen and India.

Your background

  • Proven leadership experience for minimum 10-12 years in global IT service delivery, ideally within Salesforce environments
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills
  • ITIL certification and fluency in English
