Take orders from customers, cocktail servers or food servers. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, etc. to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine or bottled beer. Collects money for drinks served. Requestions liquors and supplies. Arranges bottles and glasses to provide a neat and attractive display. Slices and pits fruits for garnish. Follows all point-of-sale procedures. Balances cash drawer. Must have the ability to pour a high volume of drinks. Must be required to perform duties outside of their normal job descriptions.
