Lead Manager - Marketing & Operations - Europe - (2500005U)

About the Role:

You will lead marketing and member/customer experience across European markets. You will lead regional planning and performance, aligning market programs to strategy, optimizing processes and MarTech, and managing budgets and goals. You will have strategic oversight and hands-on execution, managing regional campaigns and operational processes. You will design integrated, multi-market campaigns to accelerate acquisition, engagement and retention. A priority is localizing value propositions, events and programs for each market. You will mentor operations and marketing team contributors, build data-driven insights and turn them into actions. You will report to the Regional Director, manage 4 or more direct reports and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Oversee the regional marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns are research-driven. Use data analytics and customer insights to improve marketing strategies
  • Support management of the regional P&L with responsibility for achieving financial targets and driving transformational growth.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the achievement of goals such as revenue growth, member engagement and market share.
  • Develop programs to provide a smooth and engaging customer journey from student to member. Collaborate our teams to support student acquisition and progression programs.
  • Manage important marketing programs, including events, brand campaigns, and digital marketing efforts, to grow engagement and build brand awareness across the region.
  • Manage the operations for regional HQ, including governance, facilities, IT infrastructure, and business continuity. Manage direct reports across multiple departments.
  • Provide leadership and support to operations and marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Empower and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills necessary to achieve their and our goals

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience managing marketing within fast-growth environments.
  • Experience working in or managing regional operations across multiple countries within Europe.
