You will focus on enhancing Ericsson’s Excess Management process, a critical initiative currently under development, by using AI-powered process redesign and organizational transformation. Collaborating with supply chain innovators, AI specialists, and strategy leaders, you will bridge academic research with impactful, real-world applications.

What you will do:

  • Research best practices for integrating Agentic AI into business processes and organizational design.
  • Analyze current and evolving supply chain workflows, with an emphasis on Excess Management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose AI-powered redesign solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of Ericsson’s AI-driven supply chain roadmap.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into strategic business outcomes.
