About This Role

We’re looking for full-time Senior Client Advisors to join our Sydney Store, our first store in Australia, in January 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Client Advisor contributes to the growth of sales in the store. The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for engaging clients and nurture their brand loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values, and maintain customer services as per Loro Piana standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, and preserve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long term client relationships.
• Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, also retaining and upgrading existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
• Responsible for the daily store operations in order to ensure the stock and the back-of-house are well-managed.
• Act as a mentor to Client Advisors and to demonstrate and promote team work.
• Support in maintaining Visual Merchandising and floor display area.
• Provide support to store management team on the effectiveness of store operations and other tasks/projects assigned whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as Client Advisor in luxury fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
• Strong clienteling skills within a luxury retail environment is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays following a rotating roster.
