Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to be based in the Philippines, supporting multiple countries across the Asia Pacific region. This role will play a critical part in shaping tax strategy, ensuring compliance, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Process & Control Establishment:
  • Develop and implement robust tax processes and internal controls for both new and existing business operations.
  • Strategic Business Partnership:
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to provide optimal tax advice on transactions, ensuring alignment with local and regional regulations.
  • Tax Risk & Audit Management:
  • Proactively manage tax risks and lead responses to tax audits across supported countries.
  • Compliance & Reporting Oversight:
  • Oversee tax compliance activities and ensure timely submission of periodic management and statutory reports.
  • Tax Provision Review:
  • Review tax provisions in accordance with group reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant tax experience, ideally in a regional or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of Asia Pacific tax regulations and cross-border tax matters.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
