About the Role:
To lead, develop and build a business for Dyson products in the market within the B2B Professional channel. Responsible for the B2B P&L and achieving results, whilst leading the design route to market strategy. The role will take global initiatives and best practice and execute in market and drive the engagement of their teams. The role reports to the market MD or President with a dotted line into the Global General Manager B2B Professional and is part of the Market’s Leadership team.
Accountabilities:
P&L Management
- Own the P&L for the B2B Professional channel for your market, driving profitability, volume growth and market share.
- Deliver on sales (volume and revenue) and Trading Profit targets
Strategy
- Oversee all marketing activities relating to market for B2B Professional with partnership from the US Marketing team
- Develop, communicate, and implement the B2B Professional market strategy and deliver through the team
- Contribute to global strategic development and initiatives providing market insight and influence into the overall business direction
- Proactively drive global accounts and target XL deals to expand reach and achieve opportunity maximization
- Create an effective strategy covering key channels to unlock and maximize profitable sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support both the development of the after-sales and service strategy, to ensure customers are looked after pre and post-sale.
- Work with market teams to drive sales of Dyson technology into B2B verticals respecting consumer go to market channels.
Commercial Impact
- Own and set trading terms and pricing strategy (observing global guidelines) to effectively engage and drive results through both distribution partners and direct end user customers.
- Lead key account activities supporting key visits to local and national partners
- Generate new business leads and relationships with market customers
- Helps represent the company externally on hygiene, research and sustainability topics

Experience:
- Strong General Management experience ideally with a background in Product Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- Experience leading cross-functional business units and external sales team and developing and progressing high performers
- Exposure to a variety of routes to market, from ecommerce, to distribution, to direct to customer and understand how to excel in a commercial environment
- Extensive experience holding high level commercial negotiations with customer
- Experience building successful and sustainable relationships and able to operate effectively in a matrix structure
- Strong B2B experience

Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 annually + bonus opportunity
