As an Inside Sales Account Manager for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing and expanding customer relationships. You will be responsible for retaining existing customers , generating sales opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and providing tailored Solera solutions to meet their needs. Working closely with Local Business Develeopment Managers in Middle East and North Africa and cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support and Implementation , you will ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
A successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to understand market trends within the MENA region. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential to the company's success as it helps expand market reach, strengthen customer loyalty, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements for Inside Sales Account Manager – MENA Region
Education & Experience:
Certification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Customer Support or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field
Experience in B2B sales and working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Standard Arabic and various local dialects from North Africa and the Middle East, English and French.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
