Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who’s passionate about helping older adults live fuller, more independent lives? Symbria Rehab is looking for a PRN OT to join our dynamic team and bring energy, expertise, and empathy to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Create customized, patient-centered therapy plans
• Collaborate with OTAs and interdisciplinary team members to execute care
• Guide patients on their journey to improved function and daily independence
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards while focusing on outcomes that matter

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state OT license
• Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed
• Experience in rehab, acute, or long-term care is great—but not required. We welcome your passion!
