JOB SUMMARY:
- Supports Cancer Center and Clinical Managers as requested with special projects, operational needs, and growth strategies.
- Manages program operations and clinical requests from cancer center providers and Mayo.
- Supports physicians and staff with all clinical outreach activities including research.
- Responsible for planning monthly Cancer Conferences/Tumor Boards.
- Assists the Director and VP to implement the strategic goals for the cancer program.
- Oversight of the hospital cancer registry and data analytics.
- Responsible for compliance and oversight for Commission on Cancer Accreditation and other certifications subsequently obtained.
- Serves as the quality coordinator in planning and implementing performance improvement activities.
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality metrics aligned with the programs goals and associated metrics tracked by payors.

MANDATORY LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
The following licenses/certifications are required (if checked):
CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Certification/license:
Additional licensure/credential requirements: Bachelor of Science required with at least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in oncology preferred.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory Annual Education: Confidentiality and HIPAA Corporate Compliance Fall Prevention PPD
