Assess and provide medical treatment for team members, contractors, and visitors for injury or illness sustained at work in accordance with established medical protocols.
Maintain workers compensation information for claims, and schedule doctor visits and transportation.
Coordinate physicals and drug testing.
Assist with employee health and wellness events (i.e. health assessments, immunizations, medical care, education, etc.).
Maintain positive relationship with local occupational health clinic.
Assist with incident data management and tracking.
Assist with return-to-work process, working closely with supervisors to find meaningful work with prescribed medical restrictions.
Assist with hearing conservation, heat stress, respiratory protection and ergonomics programs including development and delivery of employee training.
Lead ergonomic efforts minimizing related occupational injuries.
