Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into technical execution plans.
  • Influence and align with senior leadership on technology investments, priorities, and outcomes.

Developer Experience & Enablement

  • Own the strategy for developer tooling, environments, and platform engineering to maximize productivity and reduce friction.
  • Drive initiatives that improve build times, test coverage, and deployment reliability across the SDLC.

  • Deep expertise in cloud-native development (AWS preferred), modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React), and scalable backend systems.
  • Proven success in leading Software Development Engineering and Test (SDET) functions and implementing automated testing strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ADO, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, persistent team models, and product-led development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for people development, team building, and creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
