Your Role:
Diagnose & Repair: Locate, diagnose, and repair issues causing equipment downtime or unsatisfactory performance.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform both unscheduled and scheduled maintenance to achieve zero downtime and 100% efficiency.
System Management: Work within the SAP system to maintain accurate parts inventory levels.
Equipment Overhauls: Complete changeovers and overhauls on packaging and canning machinery.
Adjustments & Repairs: Make repairs and adjustments to conveyor tracks, gearboxes, and motors.
System Operations: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant systems (water, steam, air, cooling systems, pumps, and valves).
GMP Compliance: Correct GMP discrepancies and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Documentation: Ensure all repairs are documented accurately.
Teamwork: Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Starting Pay $27 - $40 / hour ---Compensation Based on Experience
