Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
Masters or better in Accounting or related field.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create a vision for growth, including experience developing strategic plans. Must bring creativity and passion to the organization and possess a broad institutional perspective while embracing change and innovation
Must possess a proven ability to oversee and coordinate multiple priorities in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing resourceful and inspirational leadership and mentoring to a professional team
Proven track record of exceptional leadership leading people and driving results with a demonstrated ability to organize and build effective teams and implement best practices. ERP systems and strong excel skills required, including experience with tier one manufacturing software. Experienced and highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
Leadership experience, in a multi-facility manufacturing and distribution environment required, with food/protein company experience preferred
Progressive financial management experience.
